Andrés González is the President of Yielded Evangelical Servants (YES) and a full-time missionary dedicated to building unity within the global Church and bringing hope to communities in need. With over 17 years of ministry experience, Andrés has served in diverse roles—from Bible teacher to church leader to international missionary.
His passion for missions began in 2014 with his first trip to Honduras, where he helped build a church for a struggling community named "Mata Hambre." Since then, he has led and participated in mission efforts across Central America and Colombia, focusing on construction projects, leadership development, humanitarian aid, and Gospel-centered outreach.
Andrés served for over a decade as the Spanish Ministry Director at Greeneway Church in Florida, where he helped launch and grow a vibrant Hispanic congregation. In 2021, he became the President of YES, continuing his call to mobilize and unite missionaries under one vision: that the world would know Christ by the unity of His people (John 13:34–35; John 17:20–21).
Now serving full-time, Andrés travels wherever the Spirit leads—often to Latin America—equipping churches, discipling leaders, and building physical and spiritual infrastructure in vulnerable communities. Whether constructing a church roof, installing solar panels, digging wells, or delivering school supplies, his mission remains clear: to be a bridge of blessing and a messenger of hope.
Andrés doesn’t walk this journey alone. He is joyfully joined in ministry by his wife Jocelyn, whose support and shared passion for missions strengthen every step of the work. Together with their two sons, Ian and Mathias, the González family embodies a life of faith and service. Ian and Mathias have joined mission trips, experienced the field, and are being raised with a heart for God’s Kingdom—even as each walks their own path of faith.
The González family believes deeply that the Church is one body, called to one mission, under one Lord.
