Leiton is the Senior Associate for International Student Ministries of the Lausanne Movement, and a past-president of the Association of Christians Ministering among Internationals (ACMI), a US/Canadian network of people ministering among international students. He also serves on the national committees of the Mission America Coalition, the Ethnic America Network, and is on the World Evangelical Alliance Mission Commission.
