The Batlucks live in Kandern, Germany, where Joe serves as lead pastor of Black Forest Christian Fellowship. As a church comprised primarily of missionaries from various missions such as GEM, SIL/Wycliff, Teach Beyond, IMB, CMA, TEAM, Young Life and many others, BFCF plays a strategic role in equipping these saints for the gospel work that they are doing not only in Germany but through Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
